Your channel is actually well thought out and portrayed. My only issue with your videos is that Recordable.mobi that's on your screen. I don't know if you can get around that with playing on a mobile/tablet device.
Also, a little more video editing? We don't want your videos ending with you pulling your notification bar down. Maybe replace it with an end card that takes you to another episode
Your content and frequently uploaded content is very good.
Your voice is good, not too deep, not too high pitched. When I saw Minecraft, I instantly expected some high pitched American child - but that's just my stereotypical brain at work.
Another way you could expand is make a presence in social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Advertise new content on these pages with screenshots, and interesting posts will surely expand your channel
