be active is very important , make sure you have good quality on your mic if you use one
good quality on videos is good make sure to use tags that are relevant to your video and try to use as many as you can as it ranks you higher with searches.
make sure to promote your videos using like twitter , facebook , Instagram and even google +
last tip would be make sure to have fun and not be fake , people will notice it
