Seeing your channel i notice your upload schedule is in spikes. If you want to gain subs you need to maintain a schedule so people know when your new vid comes. By uploading on random moments works a bit chaotic.

Hi Man I checked your channel when I look at the videos there is no outtro template where you tell people to subscribe or feature your socail pages. Your content is kind of diverse so people don't really know what to expect to get each time so most likely why they don't subscribe. Usually when they like a video they will check out other videos but if they aren't similar they don't see the value of subscribing if they only like one video. Maybe focus on a certain theme other than random clips. Hope that helps.

Put call to actions in your videos, make an engaging channel trailer, and never give up.
Views are technically better than subscribers anyway.

Just like other suggested, add call to actions in your videos.
Maybe check out the analytics and see how much time people watch a video in average, and add an annotation or a card 30 seconds before that, so people either see more videos (and then decide to subscribe on their own), or click the annotation and go to the subscribe screen.
