Solved Here something is not right

I completely have massieve problems with my account with Freedom.
Unfortunately, nobody contacts on my writings to the Support, from there I feel very much lost and in sting calmly.
It would be nice if once a Support employee could contact me, so that I can explain everything. . . . mainly somebody the German to him understands and also sprocht.
It is very important!!!!

When did you send your support ticket? It may take some time to be resolved especially if you are requesting a German support staff.
