When I try to log in
http://freedom.support.tm/support/home
It says that my password and my email does not match, then I go to:
Did you forget your password?
and I put my email, but it tells me that there is no user with that email. I recently changed my email and a few days ago, I confirmed that it is ny new email ( days before try to log I confirmed it), now I can not log on that page but I can log here.
What should I do?

u should make a support ticket^^
and dont close it and iopen a new one in intervals
the more u do that the longer u have to wait for a reply^^

I can't do a ticket because I have to log for do a ticket, but i can't log

u need to register for the support it is different than the forum or the dashboard they are all seperated

Hey mate!

Freedom has moved over to freedom.desk.com and regarding the login you need to make a new account as this is seperate from the Dashboard and Forums.

Hi @Monster,

As others have mentioned in the posts above, the Support Portal is on its own platform separate to the Freedom! Dashboard and forums which means you will need to register for a separate account there.
