I wonder if someone can help me. My G+ and my YouTube account is linked together, but I want it to automatically post to G+ when I upload to YouTube. Can someone help me? Is that even possible?

Go to your advanced account settings and there you can select to share on G+ and Twitter. Then everytime you set a new video to public it wil auto share
