The main thing you gotta remember is that you should make good content that people wanna watch, don't be afraid to throw in your personality to appeal to your niche. and most importantly Quality over quantity!

As mentioned before make sure you are delivering quality over quantity. Also make sure you take the time to look into SEO to ensure your content has the best chance of being seen, take time to promote your content and be open to the possibility of doing collabs - make sure you respond to comments made by your viewers and be open to their suggestions.
As a musician, i learned that it is important to engage and build connections. Go around websites forums discords other youtube channels, and be active with them. It takes a lot of time but you will build a real audience of genuine people.
Quality over quantity is always what you should strive for 
if youre able to post a really nice high quality vid every day then do it, but if youre going to post a video every day but sacrifice some quality in the video then it isn't worth it, its better to post one video a week thats really good than to post a mediocre video every day

Watch what your influencers are doing follow it but don't copy it. Try to make your own version of them and try to get their attention.
