Well lately they're kinda slow to response so just wait a little bit for them to answer
they'll ask for some stuff so go ahead and prepare them .
1 - Enable monetization from channel section on youtube : Located > Channel > Status and features
2 - Verify your channel with a phone number
3 - Take full screenshot of your "Feature" page : Located > Channel > Status and feature
