Activision. That's why it even attempted to happen. Guitar Hero MM was canceled as part of the company's decision to ditch all Hero game development in 2011. Hero World wanted to dose the brains of all the lovely children with a platform accessible by web browsers that tied together all of Activision's Hero games. Even Facebook would of gotten in on the jam session. Thankfully Hero World...a Guitar Hero MMO is not going to happen.
