- Avatar and your banner look very childish and unprofessional
- Use thumbnails for your videos
- Learn to use better titles, for your last video for example, it would be better to name it "Spintires Adventure #1 - There will be blood".
- It looks like you're playing with 5 FPS, no one likes to watch that.
- Talk more to your viewers
- Consider using a face cam
