I once got a copyright claim by Vice News on the video game The Suffering. I won the claim of course, but the funny thing is they had claim the intro to the game. When I had wrote why I was disputing it I simply said the game came out in 2003/2004 and Vice News was established in 2010 so the claim was nowhere near a realistic one.

there is a dispute copyright button. you submit your claim telling how and where you bought the music, and give the webpage if you can. after 30 days you should get that taken away.

They didn't claim the music. They claimed the visuals of a game that is not owned by them.
