Off-Topic Good Views and Watch Time but NO SUBS

So my video are getting really good views but im not gaining any subs. So i thought it was a view bot, so i looked at the view duration and its at 2 and a half minutes average. Does this sound weird to any of you?

Getting people to subscribe to your channel is hard as noone watching a single video will automatically subscribe to your channel. It's normal.
