If you're looking for tips, you're posting in the wrong section.
As far as that sponsor goes, you won't find one with 100 subs, or even 1000 without the traffic to back up monetary compensation. You can easily get affiliate codes though.
Hey SpiderB, like Phill Kidd just said you probably won't get a sponsor for 100 subs, however if you want some advice I suggest that you definitely make a channel trailer, I just checked out your channel and I do think that you could improve on a couple things like having a channel trailer for one, consistency with uploads is another and trying to have a specific genre of videos that you want to upload because it does seem like you are every where with that. Don't get me wrong about the genre thing because it's good to have a wide variety of videos but in the end you want them to all be around the same type of genre ether if it's funny moments, news, vlogs, all of that stuff.
