If you mean partnered with the Freedom network - then you would need to fulfill the requirements, each application is checked by the onboarding team and needs to go through processing and checking before being accepted. To make things easier and faster be sure that your channel (the one you wish to partner) has 10K views or more, has an active monetisation policy, has no copyright or community strikes, and has upload content in the last few days.
