Freedom VS MGN

I have been using the freedom partner for over a year or so and I'm not an vert active person, Just visited today since last year. finding allot of new things and trying to get on track. Been reading about MGN and confused.

Can anyone explain the difference with the both network. Freedom hasn't help me grow with my subs or what am I doing wrong?

I have subscribe to allot of very god youtubers with over 100k and I think to myself what am I doing wrong? I basically do the same circle. That's planning, recording, watching raw footage, editing in Sony Vegas pro 13, rendered.
