Hey guys, just wanting to see what other people are experiencing? I have been waiting for over a week now from support without a single reply. They have updated it several times, however no response & no progress. So, if this continues I will have to look elsewhere for a partnership. But, I just wanted to know everyone else experience because I am not happy with the support I am (not) getting right now.
