Yes that's right, but it usually takes them a few days to respond. They get thousands of tickets a day.

ya so far i've had my application in for over a week and my support ticket for 5 days, Patience is one thing but i'm close to giving up.

Patience is the key, it can sometimes take a bit longer then usual. Keep in mind that the network is growing at a fast pace giving more work for the support team.

No you don't need Adsense as your being payed out by Freedom.

Well its been 8 days this is unacceptable support most big companies take at least 24 - 48 hours to respond

The same thing happened to me and few people told me that it was because we are in Christmas holidays time and the personnel are likely to be on vacation or be much less numerous, I guess we both ahve to wait.
