Solved Freedom Support Broken?

Hi,
It has been 3 days and my ticket on freedom.desk.com is still unassigned..
I remember the wait time to be just a couple of days a few months ago, what happened?

I experienced the same, and I'm extremely disappointed of the support freedom offers.

I believe they've been getting stock piled with tickets, or some idiot is spamming them because nobody would check his ticket out. Who knows? I definitely don't.

Hi guys,

Support department is in a bit of a backlog at the moment, but we try to answer everyone. Once we manage to clear out the backlog, we will be able to respond again within 48 hours.

You can also leave your ticket/case ID in here so I can check your tickets.

@Gab Hi, the ticket is still unassigned.. Should I just wait (it has been a week and a half since I opened the ticket)?
I just fear that there is a bug and the ticket will never be addressed..
