Solved Freedom music trough YT stream

like the title said
i recently started to test some stream on youtube after hitbox and twitch so my questions are:
1)livestream: can i use freedom music on the background while i'm live?i don't want get stryke since my livestream are all monetized.
2)livestream recorded uploads: we need to use the same procedure of when we upload videos especcially with position music recorded in the background during live? i mean..unlisted till the claim is gone?

Not 100% sure on this, you could try and message someone from Position music as they would be the ones that would know.

my worries are that while i'm uploading content my video are unlisted and no public till the claims are removed but during the livestream i don't have the support team that remove claims in real time while YT scanning my livestream
