Hey Freedom!
I'm trying to join back Freedom! but Freedom! Support via email is lately being very very very slow,
Could someone take a look at my ticket number?

sorry that support is this slow at the moment, they have a ton of applications and tickets to process. Though while we could forward this to someone at the Support Team we would need your Ticket ID for that. If you can provide it a Staff Member may be able to look at it.

Sorry to hear that support has been slow at responding to your issue. As mentioned by LW001 they do have a ton of tickets and requests to get through and as such this can impact on response times. If you would like to provide your ticket ID number I can be sure to pass this onto a support team member
