Solved Freedom is not responding!!!

I wanted to start a Youtube network since 2015, i worked hard to find supporters, a successful CEO as my co-founder and capital. Now that i finally made those things possible i can lose them all, because Freedom! is not responding to my emails or proposals. So i need help, if anyone has a Sub-network can you guys please tell me when will Freedom! respond to my proposal so i can tell my backers when can we start working.

How did you send your proposal? Is it this that you are waiting to hear back from? If so, PM me the Ticket Number you received and I will try and find it.
