Im sorry its taken a while for me to look in to this for you it compleatly slipped my mind please accept my apology.It appears the system auto flagged you for possible fraudulent activity because of incredibly high CPM'S for the views the amount you grossed was very very high (Ill pm you with specifics) Are you doing anything unusual ?

I have removed you from the blacklist for now and you will be in the next batch of catch up payments.

If YouTube detects fraudulent views or "fake" views or "botted" views it will flag your account and you won't be entitled to any earnings. Hope your issue is solved soon.
