From what you have said it seems like quite the big ask of whoever offers their service. You could probably break that down and stipulate (mention) what type of channel art you were looking for, and whether or not you had any ideas / thoughts on what you wanted this to look like. Further to this you more information could be supplied about the intro / outro so perspective people know a rough idea of what you wanted in them
