Forums Forum levels Suggestion

To make sure that the forums remain relevant and fun,i suggest you to add to users the option for Level up,something like based on the trophy Points
Example: 1-10 trophy points and you reach level 1
10-19 For level 2
20 - 30 for level 3 and Etc the level up to be based on trophy points,likes and activity

Another forum Suggestion: To encourage new users to read the major threads and stickied posts, new users to not be allowed to create new threads until they have replied to at least 5 threads first.

If that were ,true, I'd be level 128.

The second suggestion however would work to an extent, but that would alternatively generate people who would shamelessly advertise in replies instead of their own posts.
