1. OLDCODEX - Anything from their "pledge" album is amazing.
2. the GazettE - I heavily recommend giving their "DIM" album a try

Yes they are, though I wouldnt go into the whole "oh they're christian" thing too deeply... I personally like "Monster" and "Hero" from Skillet the most so id say check those out first
