I do see my earnings in youtube dashboard but in freedom i can't. How is this possible and is this perhaps correct.

Since the dashboard may be a bit slow on updating this could be the reason, also when you just joined it may take a while as Freedom handles a 2 month delay due to verification of the earnings wich is why you can't see it yet.
