So in the Youtube dashboard it displays my estimated earning but when I look into the dashboard it says my estimated earning is $0.00.

The pay out schedule is with 2 months delay. Your youtube earnings are from the past 28 days. This in combination with the dashboard taking a while to update is the reason why you don't see it yet.
