Contact support.tm , signup and make a ticket about invitation , and they'll ask your for some stuff so go ahead and prepare them
1 - Enable monetization from channel section on youtube : Located > Channel > Status and features
2 - Verify your channel with a phone number
3 - Take full screenshot of your "Feature" page : Located > Channel > Status and feature

and you're done wait for response .

It usually takes a while for the invite to come through, it first has to be verified by the Quality control team, then accepted and sent the request by the Content Management team. If it has taken longer then 2 working days do as said above
