Complaints Didn't get paid for every month missed for catch up payments?

Don't know if this is normal or not, but looking at the total amount of money I have for the estimated amount, I only got the amount for November 2015, and it's unverified, and I registered my paypal address this month before the catch up payments start.

Is this supposed to happen? Or is it just a error?

Best is to contact support that due to late verification if your paypal you missed out on payment.
