Developing a YouTube Dashboard - HELP

I would love to get into developing a YouTube dahsboard like Freedom. Does anyone have any recommendations where I can get started with that type or programming

First know some php (or ASP.NET) and SQL then look for some design (Bootstrap based is simple to find), look for YouTube API and other API's which you want to include, read documentation and code...
