Designed new thumbnails, looking for opinions

So I decided to open up Photoshop once again and took some time with it. I managed to put up together some thumbnails for my videos and I'm looking to see what you guys/gals think of them.

I think the thumbnails are alright.

There is a bit of imbalance that bothers me a little:
I think there's a little bit too much going on at the top. You have your "FG" logo on the left and then you have your video number on the right all at the top, and so the thumbnail becomes very top heavy.

As for the actual screen shot captures, I feel like you can choose better ones that can be framed better as opposed to the ones you've selected.

That might be it. I think it could work way better the way you described. I'm still kinda noob on graphics so I'll try to improve on suggestions like yours.
