You must get 2 email one email is you are accepted in Freedom Network and second email is Freedom invite you to join network and you go there after that and accept it https://www.youtube.com/dashboard?o=U

It can take up to a week for this to appear on your dashboard, if it has been longer than that message the support team.

When did you apply? It could take a couple days for you get an email that you have been accepted. From there it could take a couple days for it to show on your dashboard. Otherwise contact support.
