Solved Dashboard error - Help needed

Hello

I am currently getting a dashboard error everytime i try to go to freedom dashboard

I get this error saying 'HUMAN, WE HAVE A PROBLEM'

Please help, i can not contact support because you need you freedom id to contact support and since i can't access the dashboard i can not get my freedom id[DOUBLEPOST=1445778115][/DOUBLEPOST]I have also tried using another browser but it still gives the same error

If you can't access your ID you can also use 5 zeros "00000" instead of the ID just make sure you say who you are and what channel. I'm pretty sure it's 5 zeros if that doesn't work let me know.
