Hey, JJ Kripsy actually a pretty nice channel. I would probably change the banner with a little more information or just look a bit different then your profile picture. You could put up schedules so people would know when to find new videos on your channel. Consistency is pretty much everything, but after all of that you do make nice thumbnail for you videos and keep them short and sweet. Most people don't sit around for 20 min at a time watching a guy the've just found on YouTube :)
