So this morning I wake up to a copyright claim on an old video.copys.PNG
The thing is all of this is in game sounds. If anyone has some advice I could really use it.

check what they are claiming and maybe dispute it.
I got a clam from someone, and it was for an old NES game that they sampled in a song. not theirs to claim copyright no so disputed. in a month it was lifted.

If not, just can not monetize that video. usually these do not even result in a strike or anything.

It was a copyright claim on some seagull and ocean sounds that are in the game.

What one should I pick?

I believe this copyright claim is not valid because:
I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online.

1. I'm not selling the video or making any money from it.

2. I gave credit in the video.

3. The video is my original content and I own all of the rights to it.

4. I have a license or permission from the proper rights holder to use this material.

5. My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.

6. The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection.
