So I was told that the process of getting your channel reviewed would take up to a week. It's been just over a month and I am still waiting to be reviewed. Does it usually take this long?

Wow! that is a long time, Freedom! are currently experiencing delays with the invite system but a month is a bit long, my suggestion to you would be to email support team, provide them with a screenshot of your dashboard and when you applied!
