Kindly i would like the expert in reviewing channels to check my channel and tell me honestly what they think?

I don't get that much views even i have got 111 members till now.

I feel somehow lost since i don't know how to grow up my channel using the forum nor on youtube?

I did so many changes and always try my best to be better but i need experts like you for help.

Please help me because i am stuck and don't know what to do.
