Well, your videos look decent, a little grainy, but still okay. Your channel art is decent, but your profile picture looks like it was made in paint. I would suggest spicing it up, and it will be good
I also would suggest doing thumbnails, as they help make you look a little more serious. Keep on the path you are going on with these tips, and you should do better
