In progress channel approved, then again went under review

Hi,
I had several weeks until I got my channel approved (I already have an approved channel and I am adding the 2nd channel to my account); once I got approved from freedom and then I monazited my youtube channel. then when I went back to my freedom dashboard I saw my channel again went under review! what does this mean??

What does it show on your YouTube features page? It should show Network Freedom! if the channel is partnered, sometimes the dashboard can take a while to update.
