You are able to change your payment option at https://freedom.tm/dashboard/profile by following these steps:
Press "Set Payment method":
Enter your PayPal Email or Stripe account data there. You will receive an Email looking like this:
Just for safety reasons: Also ensure the Email comes from a ...@freedom.tm Email.

Okay, please follow the steps in this order;
1) Go to your Freedom! Profile (https://www.freedom.tm/dashboard/profile)
2) Request to set your payment method (Set Payment Method)
3) Generate a verification code.
4) Go to your email which is affiliated with your account, you will be sent a 6 digit code.
5) Enter the code into the box shown.
6) Choose PayPal as your option.
7) Enter your chosen PayPal details.
And you should be done.
