Don't think Capcom can since the creator of Megaman left the company. But Capcom thinks Megaman isn't profitable.

Though, Mega Man X will be in Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite.

I guess that is a start but I think it's going to take more than that for fans to forget the Mega Man Legends 3 incident.
