Your main issue is you only do Minecraft. I checked your channel, and I see you have a couple of videos. They are not bad or anything, it's just that there are so many people who all ready play Minecraft. You could try doing a couple of different games. When starting off it is best to pick a game that you like, and that is popular, but not too over done. I picked Geometry Dash and got my first 20 or so subs off of it. 20 is not a lot by any means, but it still helps me get views and grow. Your first concern doing let's plays should be to have fun, because it can help others enjoy your videos more. Try to be animated, and have a positive attitude.

No problem, and good luck. Also a lot of awesome old school game boy games you can emulate for free. You can also find tons of free games on steam that are fun like Team Fortress 2
