Hello so i decided to make this thread so i can help people out for the render settings in sony vegas with that out of the way let's begin 
Okay so once you open sony vegas go to project properties you can find project properties by going to the top left corner click file then scroll down to properties or to open properties quicker just click Alt+Enter.
Once you are in project properties you will have a few things to change so instead of me saying them all i took screenshot's of my settings so just copy off my settings basically just click the links and then that's pretty much it

After you have done the project properties Grab any clip such as a video and put it on the time line then we will move on to the render settings. To navigate to find the render stettings simply go to file then click render as.
Once you are in the render settings look for: MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4;*.avc)
Now that you have opened that you need to look for. Internet HD 720p click that then press Customize Template once you are in there click the links under here to see all of my settings that are best to use.
To get Frame rate to 60fps click frame rate and type in 59.94 and click allow source to adjust frame rate but make sure it is unchecked once it is unchecked the numbers should change to 59.940000 once you have done that go do the rest of the settings below.

After you have done all of that and copied my settings you are good to go i believe i have covered everything that is needed. I hope this helps some people out and good luck with everyone's channels
