Solved Audience Engagement Annotations at the end of Videos

Have any of you guys seen these channels using something to make there channel's call to action subscribe button or latest video appear? It looks pretty interesting and I cant really find anything to do with it. The annotations below are not part of the video on youtube and are actually added in by youtube.....

AwesomenessTV's video, (Do you see the Circular ATV logo that changes when you hover above it, This only appears at the end of the video.....)

Thats the point proving that the graphics are not done in the editing @thejamesshow . I don't use any chrome extensions but also you can test it by going to AwesomenessTV's latest video, Degrading the quality to 144p and at the end, compare that same AwesomenessTV logo to the video. The video should look awful quality while the Logo looks Hi-Quality, Would you know what feature is this incase I'm missing something?
