I open a ticket for 5 days ago and still not get a respond from support team !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone here who know someone please mention him or her!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The original poster doesn't need to tell you that information especially if they have already submitted a ticket to the support team regarding this.

I am sorry that they haven't yet responded to your query with regards to revenue increases these can sometimes take a little longer to process - did you include a copy of the last 30 days analytics from your YouTube account with your ticket - if not you would need to supply that to them to help with your query.
