I am pretty sure they killed the project due to a bunch of issues with manipulation and bugs with the system.
The network still offers up to 95% revenue share to their most promising partners.
Once you hit 1000 subscribers with the views to back it up, I recommend applying for a 70/30 split.

At the moment I don't think they are working on it. They are trying to get other things fixed up instead.
So far there are no words about that but there are a lot of other things to do, so that must be the reason of postponing this. 
I heard they are still thinking about doing Freedom Points. They might be just fixing the bugs on it.
As far as i am aware the project has been put on hold. There are some serious breaking bugs that could lead to exploitating the system.

Yeah. It has a lot to be worked on still! I can't wait till they have the points up and running! But we can wait. We all want the best and make sure it works well.
