YouTube Application Denied

Hellow Guy'z , you guyz are all good ,Im facing some problem That's why Im posting this thread, i really appreciate if anyone help me . I was a member of Freedom family From 2016 , My YT channel Name is scallscary . i quin YT for My Real life problems but now Everything's is shortout so i started gaming again . But i see that my partnership gone , Don't know why , I always followed Community guidelines. Everything is clean . But when Im trying to apply on freedom its Denied , any Idea Why!!
