My freedom dashboard says "FAILED" on April earnings, won't let me request catch up. States the 5th.
None of that solves my issue. I've never had trouble with payments until nowFor reasons as to why a payment could have failed please see this article. Please double-check whether the Payment method entered at https://freedom.tm/dashboard/profile is still accurate, if it is you can wait for a catch-up payment opportunity to come up on your Freedom! Dashboard within the next 24ish hours or contact support to find out why the payment has failed.
If you are receiving payments for the first time [You probably aren't, just for other readers] you might have to accept the payment in PayPal.
I believe this is an issue on Freedom!/PayPal's end. Tell support and they can fix it.None of that solves my issue. I've never had trouble with payments until now
