Any Know how to record Ps4 Party Chat??

I looked it up and it looks like you need a capture card. The most popular one for this use is the Elgato Game Capture.
Not sure if this is what your looking for but you can include party chat in your capture footage by going to Settings > Sharing and Broadcasts > Audio Sharing Settings then ensuring the relevant box is ticked
