Which android software I should use for livestreaming on YouTube? Also tell me requirements for it (OS, and similar)

You can actually do this from the main Youtube app on mobile, as long as its Android 6.0+. More information and how to do this can be found - HERE

If you're not 4 or lower most things should still work anyways. I use Android 5.0.2 and it works on the YT app so you should be OK.

I don't really know a (non-garbage, don't get me started on Mobizen) way to do that without root or USB access. Reason I'm listing Mobizen as garbage is because it puts a huge *#$ watermark on recordings and therefore isn't good for anything but quick Bug reports lol

Rooting a phone is not everyone, there is always a risk of messing it up, also boot loops can happen. Former XDA enthusiast here
